Acibadem Labgen Genetic Diagnosis Center, part of Acibadem Healthcare Group, has been providing genetic diagnosis and personalized medicine services since 2002. The center combines clinical genetics, advanced genomic technologies, and bioinformatics, with a focus on rare genetic disorders. Our long-read genome sequencing program focuses on patients with rare diseases who remain undiagnosed, aiming to improve molecular diagnosis while advancing our understanding of the genetic and epigenetic mechanisms underlying rare disorders. Acibadem Labgen evaluates approximately 2,000 patients with rare diseases annually and has extensive experience in genomic diagnostics and variant interpretation. The center is supported by a multidisciplinary team of medical genetics specialists, bioinformaticians, and variant curators and serves patients from across Turkey and internationally.
